Please send us an email explaining why you want to return it, attaching photographs in order to validate its conditions.
All returns must be informed by email (email@example.com) within fifteen (15) days before the delivery date. At the time of our formal reply, the item(s) must be new and in an unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
In Slim Coquette's we're conscious of the environmental footprint, so in order to avoid unnecessary costs and pollution by travels, we only ask for you to return the product only if it's absolutely necessary.

After we receive your email and inspect the condition of your item, we'll process your request. Please allow fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
