World Mental Health Day

"Anxiety makes my body, my head, my soul hurts.

It unspeakably tires me.

Is to feel everything and nothing at the same time.

Is to get sick and not knowing the reason.

Is having a crying crisis unable to stop.

Is trying everything and give up right away."  

This is a small segment of the testimony of young men of 19 years old that deals with a mental disease - anxiety. This is a preview of what thousands of people feel and suffer every day. 

Not all of us deal with anxiety as a mental health, but as a weakness. It's not. You're not weak, and you're not alone!   

Having any type of mental condition is challenging and can be exhausting. Some of us deal with it our entire life, but others only manifest in crucial moments, such as COVID-19. 

The fear of contagious and security measures can bring a necessity of self-isolation, but be careful not to sit alone on that deep pit.  We all need each other.
